Job Overview:
Join us as a Payroll / Customer Payment Administrator and become a critical player in our team’s success. You’ll manage and oversee payment processes, ensuring every detail is handled accurately and efficiently. This role will have you diving deep into mass and individual payment data, inputting, reviewing, and approving payments with the utmost precision. As a collaborative team member, you’ll work closely with management and other departments, making a real impact by ensuring our team and clients have the seamless payment experience they deserve.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate Data Entry: Input payment information with precision, ensuring timely processing of payments.
- Thorough Reviews: Review all payment related data to confirm accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Approval and Coordination: Work closely with management and other team members to review and approve customer payments.
- Collaborative Reporting: Provide insights and feedback to improve payroll, operational and payment approval processes, enhancing the experience for our team and clients.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure that all payment transactions adhere to regulatory standards and are accurately documented for future reference.
- Client Communication: Ensure clients receive updates by phone, secure messaging, email relating to the completion status of their payments and work with them to collaboratively resolve any declined / ‘bounce back’ payment instructions

- Flexible with regards to timing: Our Clients run important businesses and making payments on time around the clock is important to their success - on some days of the month we need to work evenings - which will be organised and shared on a rotating basis with other members of the team
